Learning & Development Coordinator

Requirements

BBA / MBA (HR)

2-3 years’ experience in same domain.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement learning and development programs for the organization

• Identify training needs and develop training plans and materials

• Schedule and facilitate training sessions, In-house , on job and online

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to provide training opportunities

• Maintain accurate records of employee training and development

• Develop and maintain a library of training resources and materials

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

• Provide support to the management team in the design and delivery of leadership development programs

• Work with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with training sessions.

Preference will be given to the nearby residents of Gulshan e Maymar Karachi.
